- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Robert Wooley is, in my opinion, the worst insurance agent I've met in my life. He has continued to withdraw money from my mother's account, even though her policies were cancelled a year ago and she had moved out of state. He is impossible to get ahold of, takes forever to get back to you with needed information, and seems to be in poor control of his agency. I've called Farm Bureau to complain about him, only to be told I need to take care of things with the agent. I'm giving 1 star because you can't just give 0 stars.
